PLUME HOUSE INN
BED & BREAKFAST

The Story of Us

Our journey with the Plume House Inn is more than just a business—it’s a continuation of a love story with Thomaston that began when we were married in 1979. We raised our family here, and now we are watching our grandchildren grow up in the place we’ve always called our “little Norman Rockwell town.”
The restoration of this home has been a true labor of love. As we breathed new life into these halls, we worked to honor the legacy of David Plume, ensuring the history of Plume & Atwood remained at the heart of the house. Today, the Inn is filled with our special touches and adorned with the ticking of Seth Thomas clocks and the glow of P&A lanterns.
When you stay with us, you can expect to be treated like royalty. From the comfort of our beautifully decorated rooms to a delicious, scratch-made breakfast, we’ve designed every detail to make you feel at home. While we knew we would love living in this beautiful house, our greatest joy has been meeting the wonderful people who walk through our doors. We hope you will be one of them.
Enjoy your stay.
